HELP WANTED: Wastewater Plant Operator

The Town of Victoria is accepting applications for the position of Wastewater Plant Operator. This position may be hired as Wastewater Plant Operator Trainee or Wastewater Plant Operator depending on qualifications. This position is responsible for the operation of the water treatment facility for the Town of Victoria. This position works a rotating schedule and requires work on weekends and holidays. Applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Applicants must possess a valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver’s license. A copy of the job description may be obtained at the town office. This position is a part-time position with 32 hours per week scheduled. Following an acceptable performance review this position may be converted to a full time position July 1, 2026.
